| As Vice-President, Mr. Loeb has extensive recruitment experience in the Call Center, Consumer Products and Financial industries. Prior to becoming an Executive Recruiter, Mr. Loeb served in a variety of Director and Divisional Manager capacities in the consumer products, retail, finance and insurance industries. Mr. Loeb obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University and graduated with an MBA from John Carroll University and is a published author and featured speaker at industry conferences. |

Mr. Taylor has an ability to research, analyze and recognize opportunities and a person's potential which he has successfully applied to executive recruiting. Mr. Taylor graduated with Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law and obtained an MBA from Harvard University. |
